Farewell Australia...Hello Tasmania (for 2 days)

yes a chapter closed for me...it was time for me to leave australia. but only for 2 days. jumped a flight to tasmania for 2 days of shows. its a wonderful island. its like if you took alabama...and stuck it where hawaii should be. secluded island...slow people. its considered the country. there are only 500k people here. most live in the 2 major cities on the island. we did the show at the Wrestin Casino. it was a nice place....1600 seats...sold out. usual casino crowd. not like vegas casino...like po-dunk nowhere casino.

but it all worked out in the end. good show. the crowd loved it. i had horrible food. the casino food was awful...except for the squid i had at lunch...which i didnt even order...i ate it off julians salad. it was huge chunks..like golfball size. it was actually really good. my "sea food platter" sucked. it was a shrimp...a small piece of fish...something julian said was a muscle...and 2 things that looked like onion rings. NOT like the squid i had off julians salad.

dinner was much better...it was catered. some kind of chicken mushroom cream stuff over jasmine rice. it was amazing!

breakfast this morning was ok....WAY too expensive...but it was the only thing open in the casino. now im off to launceston to do the gig tonight. im writing this from the back seat of the car...its the 3 of us...the tour manager ozzy...and his wife susie crammed in a van. i LOVE this hotspot thing we got! now i have net everywhere i go.
